May Letter

 Dear Family & Friends,

Hello! My summer is off to a super fun start!! Dad took me to the zoo. There were elephants and tigers there. We saw a polar bear diving under water.

I finished up soccer. It was really fun!

We celebrated Mother's Day for mom. I love my mom on Mother's day.

I got my diploma when I graduated from Kindergarten. My teachers' name was Mrs. Barber. I really liked her. She teached good things.

It was really fun to start baseball for my first time. I was on the Angel's team. My favorite part was batting.

Over Memorial Weekend we went up to Wyoming and Montana and got to spend time at Grandpa Pat's and at Aunt Kathleen's. I got to play with my Montana cousins. One of my Montana cousins was named Clark. Clark was way fun. We did legos.

Then on the way home we went through Yellowstone and Island Park. The hot springs were very cool. They are really hot. So hot, like 100 degrees.

I hope you all have a great summer. Love you!

Love, Sam Wade Barnhisel

April Letter

Dear Family & Friends,

Hello everyone. We've been doing a lot of home improvement projects lately. This month we tore up the old tile in the kitchen and entryway (and the carpet from mom's office) and replaced it with LVP. I loved working on the floor. And it looks really great now.

Easter was cold and wet but I still got to hunt for easter eggs which is always fun for me.

Then we took a drive up to West Jordan and drove by the old house and went to some old places we used to go to a lot. The park near our house and Gardner Village.

We celebrated Kyle's 15th birthday this month. I got him a Pokemon book from the school book fair with my own money. I love Kyle!

Dad took Eric & I on a quick weekend trip down to Moab with my uncle Darren and cousin Kohen. That was really fun!

I miss you all and hope to see you soon.

Love, Sam Wade Barnhisel
